Hi Everyone,
Wow, this has been a crazy few months. I was in Haiti in early March which was amazing. A very Godly family who is a Netcast supporter asked me if I’d be willing to go to Haiti if they fronted the bill. Beth and I talked it over and though that God was opening up an opportunity that we couldn’t turn down. Needless to say, it was a mind-blowing trip. The destruction, the people, the chaos, the poverty…..all of it, opened my eyes to things that I have never seen before. I am so grateful to have been able to go and be a missionary in a land that desperately needs Christ. God graced me with the opportunity of leading a few Voodoo worshippers to Christ. That was an amazing story and if you want more details, just ask and I’ll tell you all about it.
Our house has been on the market for 18 days so far and we have had some good activity with people coming to look at it. No offers yet, but I am sure that when God wants it to sell, it will sell. We’re trusting Christ with the timing and moving process. We plan on being out of here right after the kids get out of school which is early June. However, we’re more committed to God’s timeline and being obedient as God leads us, than we are our own.
We are still praying about exactly where to move on the North Shore of Boston. If you get a minute, please pray that Christ will bring Beth and I clarity with that. Also, having been fully funded while I have been going through the Acts 29 Internship and conditions process; I am now starting my fundraising for our time in Boston. Please pray that God will stir people’s hearts to commit to being financial partners. I hate asking for money, but this is what God is calling us to do and I refuse to let fear dictate our direction.
I hope you enjoyed the update. I love you all and many of you have helped us turn this vision and calling into a reality. Thank you! You are all evidence of God’s grace in my life and the life of my family.
